The Weekly Cycle
1. Choose by Friday MidnightWeekly Cutoff
Adjust your subscription, skip, or select meals from our rotating menu. Our system locks at 11:59 PM on Friday so we can coordinate farm harvesting.
2. Farm Harvest & Cook (Sat–Sun)Fresh Prep
Ingredients are delivered from our local farm partners to our commercial kitchens. Chefs prepare every meal from scratch on Sunday.
3. Weekly Morning DeliveryDoorstep Drop
Our drivers distribute insulated cold totes containing your glass-jar meals. Choose your preferred drop-off window: Early Morning (3 AM – 7 AM) or Late Morning (8 AM – 12 PM).
4. Swap Totes & Jars Next WeekCircular Swap
Rinse your empty glass jars and pack them into the tote bag. Leave the tote on your doorstep Sunday night, and we swap it for your new box on delivery day!
Delivery & Packaging FAQ
Do I need to be home to receive meals?
No, you do not need to be home. Our custom insulated bags are lined with reusable ice packs and are thoroughly tested to keep your meals below 40°F for up to 12 hours, even during hot summer months.
What if my delivery location changes?
You can easily edit your delivery address or shipping instructions directly inside your account dashboard. Just make sure the address update is saved before the Friday cutoff.
How do drivers access my apartment?
During signup, you can add keycodes, door notes, or instructions for entering your building. Our drivers are trained to deliver securely, leaving bags in lobbies or vestibules if necessary.
What happens if I forget to return my jars?
Do not worry! If you miss a week, just leave them out for the next delivery. We keep track of your returns, and we request that you return them within 3 weeks of delivery to help us keep our inventory circulating.
